By using Falyora you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What the service is

Falyora sends the cards you draw, the birth chart details you enter or the photos of your coffee cup to an AI model and shows you the text it returns. The content is fictional and for entertainment.

2. Decisions based on readings

Readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and cannot be used as such. Don't base decisions about your health, money, relationships or legal situation on them. Where you need an expert, consult one.

Readings do not give exact dates, exact events or people's names; if you ever see one that does, it is an error and we would be grateful if you reported it.

3. Age

You must be 13 or older to use the app. If you are under 18, use it with your parent's or guardian's knowledge.

4. Reading credits

Each reading uses one reading credit. Some are given when you first open the app; you can earn more by watching rewarded ads if you want to. Watching ads is never required and no feature is locked behind one.

If a reading cannot be produced because of a technical error, the credit is returned automatically.

5. Other people's details

The compatibility reading uses two people's birth details. You are responsible for any details you enter other than your own. They are kept only in the record of that reading, no separate profile is created, and they are deleted with the reading.

6. Unacceptable use

• Using the app to mislead, frighten or harass anyone.
• Presenting the readings as the opinion of a real fortune teller or expert.
• Sending automated requests, reverse engineering the app, or trying to get around the credit system.

7. Who owns what

The photos you upload are yours. Falyora processes them only to write your reading and does not use them for marketing or to train models. You may use the reading text shown to you personally as you wish.

8. Availability

Falyora is provided as is. It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or errors. The service may be paused or ended; if so, you will be told inside the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the applicable law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect losses arising from using the app or from decisions made on the basis of its readings.

10. Deleting your account

You can ask for deletion with Profile → Delete my account and data. A 7-day waiting period applies in case it was a mistake; after that your data is permanently deleted.
